AIG and Other Banks Will Have No More Bonuses

It’s not that banks nor AIG will issue bonuses but just that employees within the firms that took TARP money will have the bonuses taxed at 90%.All bonuses will be taxed at not 25%, not 50%, not even 70% but at 90%!
