Please folks - this article is not finance related, and thus doesn't fit the nature of this site. Granted, some of the articles you referenced ARE related to finance, but those should have been submitted to this site individually.

Further, the unnatural voting patterns (we barely see stories get more than 5 Tips in 24 hours, so content that somehow accumulated 5 votes in 2.5 hours is definitely suspicious) are being noticed.

No, quite the contrary. This article was more about "personal development" with a bit of finance. The fact is that this is a bit off topic (mostly on "personal development" and self-improvement). Carnivals *directly* related to finance themselves are fine -- of course, the promotion would be up to the community itself! :)

Hope that helps. And in general, your submissions (and that of the contributors to this particular submission) rock. I just don't want to convey the idea that we're deviating from the financial theme.

Yeah I like carnivals, let's keep those up, as long as their finance related. They're a great way to discover newer & smaller bloggers!
