Everbank has always has a great rate- now 4.0% on their checking account. The rate is locked in for 3 months. So this is essentially like a 3 month CD except you can take the money out before the period is over if you need to.
As of today, bestcashcow has announced that if you open an account through them, Everbank will give you an extra $40. This is limited to accounts of at least $40,000.
