The part about getting up early on the weekends is tough, but I think solid advice. I used to be like that -- sleeping in as late as possible. Slip up sometimes, too. Would be better to get up with a bang.

I have always been an early riser; to the extent that even if I go to bed at 3:00 AM, I'll leave the bed around 7 in the morning.
