Pfizer Inc. on Monday agreed to pay $68 billion to acquire rival Wyeth, in the largest pharmaceutical deal in nearly a decade. Pfizer said Monday it will borrow $22.5 billion from a consortium of banks to finance the deal. The company plans to use stock and its cash reserves to fund the rest of the deal.
