Bush Open to `Good Ideas' to Stimulate Economy, Perino Says

The Bush administration ``remains open to listening to all good ideas'' from Congress on an economic stimulus package, though it isn't planning to propose any plan of its own, White House spokeswoman Dana Perino said.
