Leaders of 20 of the world's leading and developing nations meet this week in Washington to discuss ways to fix the global economic crisis. China and other developing nations, the crisis began in the U.S., and they expect the U.S. to make concessions and help them out. China's official position is that it is not riding to anyone's rescue.
