Korean banks have agreed to cut the salaries of their executives in order to "share some of the financial pain" that has inflicted the rest of Korea. This is, of course, in return for the South Korean government's foreign debt guarantee. Sounds eerily familiar to those banks receiving cash injections by the US government...
