Excellent article. Anyone who has considered extra sources of income should read this article. When my wife told me recently she was going to start a web design biz with a family friend, I asked her how. She said she'd outsource the work. As someone who has outsourced work, I know that it often has ended up costing me more money and time than if I had done it myself.

When your bottom line is affected, in can mess up your business and personal finances.
