22 Million Americans Unaware they Qualify for a Free Cell Phone from the U.S. Government

Although 8 million people have already got a free cell phone and free monthly minutes, thanks to the government's Lifeline phone service program, there are still 22 million more who qualify and have not taken advantage of it.
