"Both partners would enjoy marriage if they could follow this steps." I disagree with this statement. This financial advice is not a sufficient condition for marital bliss, nor even a necessary one. I will not argue though, that it could make many marriages work better.

Thanks for your comments, Paul. I think the statement here was meant for marriage in financial context. To reduce arguments or problems that arises in marriages related to financial problems... Yes, you are right. Maybe I should re-word it..

As someone about to get married, I'd have to say this is good advice. It's truly surprising how little pre-marriage couples talk about finances. Sure, it's one of the top things they argue about, but often that's because one of the party is unwilling to talk.

In my opinion, if both partners work together to spend wisely and save enough for future, then they will be happier than ever.

It's really funny when you think about it, things that we should talk about before marriage, we end up talking (or arguing to be more precise) after the marriage.
