Being myself a student I’m fully aware of all of the potential cost-savings that can come along with pursuing a higher education. Of course these cost-savings don’t come cheaply: paying for college can cost thousands to tens of thousands of dollars a year. But you’re already paying for that right? You might as well take full advantage of what you’re paying for and listed below are 4 ways to do just that.

5. Go to a public school

6. Taking a date to an on campus event doesn't have to be sports related - many campuses have free/cheap theater and music events also

I hate to play the part of Bobby Bringdown (again), but everything in this article is pretty obvious, don't you think? I have to believe that college students, who typically rival the elderly for the claim of most frugal segment of society. would be aware of which services are included in tuition. I agree with Paul Ronan- drink beer instead of liquor, and/or water instead of alcohol.

Other good tips are buying a high-efficiency bong and holding a bowl underneath your chin to catch the spillage when shotgunning a bear.

Neat tips...how about purchasing text-books second hand; getting ready notes from seniors; cooking in your room if possible; walk to the school.
