CBRE Realty Finance, Inc. (NYSE: CBF - News) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.05 per share, payable with respect to the quarter ended September 30, 2008. The dividend will be payable on October 17, 2008 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 30, 2008.
