Emigrant Direct now offering 4.0% APY in a Savings Account

For those of you who still believe in holding liquid assets, Emigrant Direct has raised the rates of its Dollar Savings Direct account to a fairly staggering 4%. That's better than most CDs, while allowing you (fairly) quick access to your money via EFT. Minimum balance is $1,000 and the account is FDIC insured.
