Real Estate Agents: Why You Rarely Get What You Pay For

I’m sorry, but I have a hard time trying to justify paying a realtor a commission of six percent (give or take a point) when I stop to consider exactly what I’m getting for my money. After all, six percent of a big number is still a big number.
