For some, the current markets are perceived as the greatest opportunity in years, for others an overwhelming threat to their financial security. Whilst falling markets are certainly bad news for people who are drawing income on a fixed portfolio of investments, one senses that for most people their perception of money matters is aligned to their understanding of investing.
